Shipping Service

All orders are shipped by air to the United States and then delivered locally by our designated delivery team.

Our sales and delivery professionals will handle your order with care and aim to deliver it at your preferred scheduled time. They can also assist with product setup, provide basic usage instructions, and demonstrate the purchased items when needed.

Shipping Fee: Free for all customers.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days.

Where available, we can coordinate a delivery appointment based on your schedule. Our team may provide in-home installation and a product demonstration upon delivery. The setup and demonstration process generally takes about 30 minutes, depending on the products purchased and the level of assistance required.

Please note:

  • Orders placed through this website can only be delivered through our authorized courier service.

  • Delivery through third-party carriers or alternative delivery providers is not available.

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • International shipping is not offered.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

If your order has not been shipped within one hour of being placed, please contact customer service as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please be aware that online-payment orders, including those paid by credit card, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact our customer service team for refund details and applicable fees.

Delivery Delays and Undeliverable Orders

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances such as:

  • Other logistics-related delays.

If we are unable to contact you because the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, or if you are unavailable for an extended period at the time of delivery, your order may be returned to us.

For orders paid by credit card, any applicable taxes will be covered by us.
