Credit Card Payments

Effective from the end of January 2025, credit card payments require 3D Secure authentication.

During checkout, your card issuer may ask you to complete an additional verification step, such as entering an ID, password, one-time code, or other authentication information issued by your financial institution.

Important: If you have questions about 3D Secure authentication, passwords, verification codes, or login credentials, please contact your card issuer or financial institution directly. We cannot assist with card-provider credential issues.

How to Pay by Card

At checkout, select your card type and enter the required card details, including:

  • Card number

  • Expiration date

  • Other required payment information

Your card provider may request further verification before approving the transaction.

For convenience, card information for cards used within the previous six months may not need to be entered again. Saved card details are retained for six months from the date of the most recent transaction.

We currently accept:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

Payment availability may depend on the policies, account status, and terms of your card issuer or financial institution.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s), where applicable.

If a refund is issued during an already scheduled payment or billing period:

  • The original charge may still appear on your account initially.

  • The refund or account credit may be reflected during your next billing cycle.

Please note: teenew-mall.com does not charge interest on refund amounts, except where required or prohibited by applicable law.
